Services
Programming & Conceptual Design
We’re here to help you figure out the overall size. scope, budget, and aesthetic/character of your project.
We begin with a questionnaire to get to know what the project parameters entail. We’ll work through test fitting exercises to evaluate the site and/or building limitations.
Full Architectural Services
We work a alongside you through a series of meetings to define the overall building aesthetic, systems, and components for your project.
Production of a detailed set of construction documents and specification manual that are to be used by a general contractor for pricing and construction.
Assistance with the contractor bidding and negotiation and permitting.
Construction observation services including site visits, field reports, review of contractor submittals and request for information, and revisions to drawings if needed.
Interior Design
We offer interior design services that thoughtfully integrate with the architecture of each project, ensuring a seamless connection between the exterior and interior. Our approach emphasizes cohesion—every material, texture, furniture piece, and detail is considered in context with the building's form and character. The result is a unified spatial experience that feels intentional, balanced, and true to the spirit of the architecture.
Adaptive Reuse
Some of our favorite projects are those that take an existing building’s bones and transforms them into something new and exciting. Extending the life of an existing structure is one of the most sustainable things we can do as we eliminate the need for new materials. We offer adaptive reuse services, including the evaluation of existing site/building, production of as-built drawings & model, conceptualization of new program.
Rendering & Visualization
We love creating visuals! We’re here to help showcase your project through the production of aerial renderings, exterior/interior renderings, walkthrough videos, VR imagery, and diagrams.

Principal / Architect
Homero has always been able to appreciate the fine nuances of design in the built environment, bringing innovation and an eye for graphic design to his work. A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Master of Architecture, he was honored with the AIA School Medal for his scholastic achievement, character and career potential. When not biking through San Antonio’s trails, Homero enjoys playing guitar and piano and records instrumental tracks in his free time.
